Thank you for visitng my page. I have lived in Fairfield County my entire life and been fortunate enough to meet so many wonderful people. I grew up in Cos Cob which gave me my baseline of a tight, extended family and friend community. I attended College in state and was lucky enough to meet my wife Jenny, who already owned a home in Fairfield. During the process of preparing to sell her house and move to our first house in the Beach Area, I became intrigued with Real Estate. I visited countless comps to make sure we arrived at an accurate listing price. We did and sold for within $9K of asking. We moved to the Beach Area in 1998 and had 2 sons (Charlie and Will) shortly thereafter. We moved across the street in 2004 and once again made sure we did our homework and sold for within $4K of asking. For the past 26 years, Fairfield has provided us the opportunity to expand that tight, extended family, friend and neighbor community. My goal is to help other families be as fortunate as we are by paying attention to details and working hard to buy, sell or rent a place in the area that will bring them good luck.
